So I want to just introduce you guys all to, you know, you guys know Brandon and myself for the Profit Cleaners and we have two special guests on the call today with us we have Mark and Tyann from Build With Robots,

which is the revolutionary new product that we want to tell you guys about today and get into. So welcome Mark and welcome Tyann. Thanks For having us. Yeah, absolutely. So did you want to just jump into the presentation mark or did you have anything to say before we get started? We Just appreciate the opportunity to reach out to folks that follow the Profit Cleaners,

whether they're suited or followers. We are on a similar mission where we wanna put together programs that help folks uplevel grow their business and really help stand out their business on whether that's a school that we work with, a government organization we work with for more recently our residential cleaners who we've had quite a bit of success the last several months with and we hope to build Upon that foundation and share what we've been up to.

It's been quite a journey and I remember sometime last year Brandon Condre mentioned this idea to me and I was like, that sounds really interesting. And then believe it or not, build with robots is actually right in Albuquerque, they're headquarters, they manufacture everything right in Albuquerque and so they don't outsource it to China or something and it's really an amazing product. So we're gonna get into kind of what it is,

the advantages, the benefits, how you guys can develop this and integrate this into your business. And so kind of just to start out, you know, I just wanted to to start out mentioning as a cleaning business owner, you're always looking for ways to differentiate yourself from the competition and you can kind of eventually start feeling like maybe you're running out of ideas and or your competition might be copying you.

So this is gonna touch on that as well. But you also want to add value for your customers and there's only so much you can do without cutting way into your time, way into your budget. So again, this is an amazing solution that we're gonna get into and tell you more about, but if you're doing green cleaning services, if you're using eco-friendly products,

things like that to avoid chemical toxins, a lot of you guys are doing that just like we are. So there's certain services that you have to avoid in order to remain true to your brand. But one of the main reasons a lot of us avoid doing things like this and adding new services to our business, even though it can add new revenue streams is because it requires more labor and it adds more variables and it can actually destroy some of your efficiencies.

So all of that really changed for our business for Sandia, Green, Clean, our local brand. All of it changed when we were introduced to Build with Robots really in just the last year and we've been kind of piloting and testing this product with them and it's just been phenomenal. And so this is the product we've been talking about, it's called Breezy Blue and like I said,

everything changed when we started working with them. And I wanna share with you guys the story more of what, what that looks like and Brandon and Con are just gonna tell you guys a little bit of the background story and just keep talking about it here at the beginning of the presentation. But Brandon, why don't you tell 'em about kinda what it does.

This is breezy blue that you're seeing on this slide right here. It's kind of hard to tell the scale from that image, but it is roughly the size of like a five gallon bucket and you pick it up by that handle. There are three nozzles on the front and the whole purpose of it is it disinfects and deodorizes. So it runs a proprietary chemical through it that's based on hydrogen peroxide.

So it's very safe for pets and house plants, which is a question that came up recently. So that was good to know. But what it does is it kills all the germs in a space. So you're gonna run it in a room and then close the door and let it sit there for a few minutes. And most odor, you know, in a house is bacterial derived.

So you have sweaty gym socks and sweaty kid clothes and things like that. That's all just bacteria that grows on people that gets stinkier as it kind of sits around. So we're cleaners the, everyone here runs a cleaning company, you have microfiber rags with your cleaner on it and we also use a hydrogen peroxide based cleaner that does the same thing. It disinfects but it only disinfects what we touch.

So the awesome part about Breezy blue is that it's going to fill an entire room and it's gonna disinfect on top of ceiling fan blades and behind paintings and everything that's in the room that's contained there. So that's what we're kind of offering here. Running it in a room tastes like less than a minute. You can kind of configure that in the settings, but you run it for between 10 and 30 seconds depending on the size of the space.

And what's cool about it is you're in on the ground floor if you're watching this presentation. So this is not something that's widely available just yet. And so this is a good way to stand out in a saturated market. So cleaning is a fragmented market in economic speak. So there are lots of cleaners in any given city and you want to be able to stand out from the competition.

And the way that we have used it at San Diego and Clean is to add it on to recurring services. So we're already going out to your house to clean it every week, every other week once a month and we can for this added fee, run this product or we can sell it at a different rate for coming out as a standalone service. Like if you had everyone got flu in our house,

we'd really like you to come out and spray it. We're not necessarily a cleaning customer so it can do lots of things. Yeah, and I just wanted to add to that too that we've, we've actually not only been testing it ourselves, but we've had some of our best students, some ambassador program that we started just a a few months ago and it's been tremendously successful just getting more people,

you know, more feedback and just developing more of what's gonna be needed to make this a success with your business. So, but yeah, those are the challenges on the screen. And then let's jump into it. I wanna read this testimonial from branding Condre here. He said disinfection became an official addition to our regular cleaning services after we saw the potential of Breezy Blue to keep our local communities healthy.

This new service produced a net profit of 1001 99 per month the first few months, which makes it a great avenue for growing our business. And we just pulled these numbers today guys, so just in the last 75 days we've generated an additional six, almost $7,000, $6,829 in revenue. And we haven't even honestly done a hard push on the marketing yet or like just like left leave behinds or all the things we can do,

we're still training our team on how to kind of upsell this to customers on the phone when they're scheduling and things like that. So it's got a long way to run but it's already showing really, really good demand and, and people are loving it and it's just an amazing value add that you can be adding to your customer base. It's gonna build retention,

loyalty, it's gonna make you stand out. And so just like Brandon's saying here, for the longest time Brandon and I were looking for new revenue streams, like a new upsell. We thought of all sorts of wacky ideas at one point, but this one it just fits so well. It just aligns so well with the cleaning business. If you're doing residential or even commercial,

you know, you can branch into that as well. So yeah, that's kind of the initial kickoff there with, with the story of how we're doing it and how you know, we're getting it out to our initial students and now we really wanna just, you know, share with more of you guys. So that's why we're doing this presentation today. So yeah,

let's jump into the next slide here. So let's tell 'em what we're putting together right now, what we've kind of been working on the last few months with our ambassadors, Brandon, kind of the main program here, we're put being putting together a lot of these support tools for you guys. So Tyann, is this the one that you wanna jump in on?

Yeah, if you don't mind. So I think you guys did a great job of explaining it and showing how it's helped your company already. So what we at Build With Robots have done along with Profit Cleaners is create this program to make sure that all new residential cleaners who adopt Breezy Blue can be successful. So first of all we have the tools which are durable,

easy to operate and I think this was mentioned already that it's a green solution Eco-friendly so that it's not harming, you know, plants or pets or people in the houses. And then something else we wanna offer is training and support because we know that when you're bringing in a new tool, you want something that you're actually gonna use and that you know how to use well.

So we have a lot of different training materials and you can always reach out to us for support if needed. And the last part of this is the marketing tools. So we have an entire marketing toolkit built out so that way once you start using Breezy Blue and you're comfortable with it, you're gonna be able to share it with your customer base and you know,

you like use campaigns, some templates that we have to really like get the word out about it. Yeah, and I just wanted to share guys like this kind of initial group that we've been working with and with the ambassadors has been really, really insightful. So we've gotten so much new knowledge and insight as as far as like what's needed to not only make the tool work for your company,

train your teams, make sure your teams understand how to use it, that's really dialed in now. And as well as the marketing we really dialed in and we're continuing to do that as we get more feedback and just learn more ourselves. But it's really come a long way And yeah, if you guys want to clear this is basically the a roadmap for you guys to take math action,

integrate this in your business and start generating new revenue and standing out right away. Well I myself that I'm the program manager here at Build It Robot for the residential cleaning program and Ty and I really worked with hand in hand with the Profit Cleaners, we piloted with San Diego Green Clean and then we back in at the beginning of the year here in 2024.

As Brandon mentioned, we launched an ambassador program where we have six residential cleaners across the country who are Profit Cleaners students really helping us develop a program that's comprehensive to help residential cleaners the most successful if they choose to introduce Breezy Blue for deodorization and disinfection services. So the three pieces of the program are the tools, the the training and support and the marketing.

So we'll jump into each one of them. We'll let Brandon Condre and and Brandon Shane jump in more about Breezy Blue. But this is the, the actual disinfecting fog here. We'll show you a video on the next slide. The solution that goes inside that Deodorizes and Disinfects is 70% hydrogen peroxide, 93% water. So it is very, very effective. Hydrogen peroxide is one of the best disinfectants that's used in healthcare.

It's used in a bunch of different applications to remove not only germs but viruses, bacteria, bos, there's a bunch of different, it's a really broad spectrum disinfectant but the nice part is is once it biodegrades into water vapor and oxygen, so if biodegrades quickly, rooms don't have to be shut down for a long time and the actual delivery device is filled with the robot breezy blue smart disinfecting fogger,

which can be controlled just with a single button right on top, nice and simple. And then you can also have more features and unlock more settings by using the smart controller. So the few brands talk about how they've used it at Sandia, Green Clean and why they were excited to share it with everyone else and put together a program with us and then we'll jump into a video next.

So we've used it for shoot man, I'm trying to think of when we got the first test unit. It's been a while that we've had it. So we had it for a few months before the ambassador program rolled out. And so the way we use it is not complicated. I mean we just wanted a way to upsell to existing customers and so we,

Brandon and I had chased things like what if we developed our own essential oil scent and we charged people per month to have a signature green clean scent. And obviously that didn't go anywhere. So what we were trying to find a way to work with was we are already in our customer's homes, how can we offer them another service that we could do there while we're there without buying like window washing equipment or ladders or causing our insurance to go up?

And this was the answer and it took us years to get to this point. So don't take this lightly, we didn't just make this up off the top of our heads. We did search for an upsell and so here's Mark cleaning and showing you how it works. I love that Mark shot this video in his house. I love it. So that's the machine,

I mean that's it's you put it in the room that you're running in, you push the button, you shut the door, you open it and then move it to a different room. So you go one room at a time, it takes 30 seconds to run the machine. And so from a labor standpoint, the reason that we like it as an upsell is that the profit margin is really high.

People are would love to pay for this disinfection service and the cost to you is you've got three people on a team. One person is running the breezy blue as like the wrap up of the house and the other two are outside packing up the car, which they were gonna do anyway. So there's almost zero added labor if you efficiently run the Team. Yeah,

it's literally just the kinda like the tail end of the clean. They're working through the house, closing the doors as they're going through and it's just like the finishing touch, the icing of the cake at the very end of the clean. And again guys, this is like the most, you can very confidently talk to your customers saying like not only are we getting to all the areas we're normally getting top down left right,

all the services, but now we're really getting into, like Brandon said earlier, like behind stuff behind the, all the crevices and doors and cracks and things that we can't get to. And and another thing I love about it is like people with pets are just people that do sports stuff stinks in the house. There's odors, this is an amazing deodorizer as well.

So there's multiple benefits to the customer and everyone is very familiar with the fogging units after Covid and the pandemic and all that, which a lot of those were total trash and they broke all the time and they didn't work very well. We're gonna talk about how this is a lot different but it's much better product. I wish we would've found this years ago and we found it now.

So here we are guys. Yeah, so there was, I think it might have been in the ambassador group chat that we have, but someone was talking about how they used it and it smells clean, like that was what the customer was trying to describe to them. It's hard to describe what it smells like nothing, because what it did is it killed all the things in your house that smell.

So your house kind of has this baseline scent if you will and it's not necessarily a good thing but after you come in and run this service, it does just smell clean and so it doesn't smell like bleach, it doesn't smell like air freshener. We didn't put friz in it, it just killed all the stuff that's living behind the walls and on doorknobs and like all these little places inside of carpet,

inside of furniture. When we were still doing the promo period before we did the ambassador, when we were really trying it out, I had a friend who had his house sprayed by Skunk, his dog was sprayed by Skunk and came in the house and the dog kind of rolled around on the furniture. It happened in the middle of the night when no one was awake and then everything smelled.

And so they, we ran this thing twice, two, two days in a row and it was gone. So like skunk when you, like when I was a kid there were all kinds of old wives tales on how to get rid of it by like washing pets and dogs with tomato sauce and all kinds of weird stuff to try and neutralize it but really it's just bacteria and the breezy blue did a fantastic job of getting rid of that.

So if it can handle skunk odor after a couple treatments, imagine what it'll do with the one treatment for just the weird stuff that smells in your house and everyone has it. It's not a bad thing. If you really want to know what your house smells like when it's clean, you know this is a way to pitch that to your Customers. Absolutely and there's also really good pivots you can do throughout different seasons of the year with it because like over the last,

you know over the winter and the spring months there's cold flu covid, you know all sorts of junk going around. There's schools getting closed all over the place even right now with like Norovirus and other weird stuff going around. So we've had some of our students in in the ambassadors approaching schools and like getting really creative and in other ways about that. So,

but outside of the winter months when people are getting sick and stuff, that's a huge need. People are very aware of that and they want to clean their home and they don't want their kids to get sick and that's a huge benefit during those months. But other times of the year you can really push the deodorizing benefits because everyone's got pets or kids or something in their house that there's some odor or some bacteria that's causing those odors.

So it's just multifaceted as far as the benefits and the ways you can add value to your customers. So Deodorization side, it's something that builds the robots and since we were an engineering company, we're a science data first company so everything that we've done has including it at our in-house lab has been to figure out exactly the dosage to achieve a successful disinfection to really help our customers dial in the sweet spot of not overdose in the room.

So it's shut down for a long time figuring out that right sweet spot. And one of the really fun parts of working with residential cleaners is we have to gear things like deodorization is a big deal. We've historically as a company focused on commercial applications and healthcare and and in education in those markets the actual disinfectant is either mandated like in healthcare or really nice to have like in in education.

So students are getting sick so show up to school more and have better presenteeism. But the real deodorization piece has been huge in the residential cleaning market and that's just been a really fun thing that we've figured out working with Sandia, Green, Clean and these six other residential cleaners who are part of the ambassador program, that customers really care about it. People have pets,

they get sneaky if you live in a part of the country that's hawing out currently it's mucky season so pets tend to really sink when they get wet. Just another great opportunity to have a tool that can help you upsell with minimal labor and a tool that's durable. Our company designed this tool to be better, faster and more efficient, but it also to be more durable because as Brandon said,

a lot of the electrostatic sprayers that came out during the pandemic, they were just disposable. They lasted two, three months, six months at most for a lot of them before they were clogged and damaged and then they just don't get used. Our whole goal is that we actually make a difference and create healthy spaces for folks for families. In order to do that the equipment has to work all the time and so we do have,

we have engineered the breezy blue to to actual a higher level of quality which is not consumer grade but commercial grade and it's all designed around the five year lifecycle as well. So the best part is with the residents of cleaning program if it breaks or anything like that and send it in and we send you a whole new one. So we tried to really take out the guesswork and make sure you have no downtime.

I was just gonna point out like, but you guys are absolutely right that actually happened to Krista one of the ambassadors and you guys overnighted her one the next day. So you guys are extremely helpful with the support. You guys are awesome And so like if you guys are working with Build with Robots, they're gonna help you guys out with maintaining it, fixing and making sure you always have one running and working.

And as Mark was mentioning, we definitely did try the electrostatic sprayers, maybe condre if you wanna mention the story on that. But that was a much more challenging experience. The teams don't seem to have any difficulty using the yeah, Breez blue at all. The machine is, it's literally one button so it's pretty easy to use. You push one button and it's gonna talk to you and tell you what it's doing.

It does come with the smart controller so you can access some van settings there but you do not need to use it with that. You can kind of configure it in the office and send it out into the field with just a button. And we did go down the rabbit hole of buying electrostatic sprayers during covid, which was like a price gouging market at the time.

And you can shock yourselves using electrostatic sprayers if they're not careful like you are, nothing's coming out and you reach out and touch the end. We had employees shock themselves, it's not a great deal of voltage but it's not a comfortable feeling and they were just messy man. Those things, the droplet size that comes outta breezy blue is so fine that it's almost invisible.

So like Mark has stated a couple times before but the camera has a really hard time picking it up. So you have to get the lighting just right to actually picture the, that's why he is shooting it in front of a window right here. Do you have to have it backlit to be able to see the droplets? The electrostatic sprayers were way bigger and so not only is it not working very well because of the mechanics,

but you're also getting things wet. So like you're spraying it on furniture and when you sit down on the furniture it's moist. Like it's not the level of liquid coming out of this machine is the perfect dose. So that's what Mark was talking about earlier that they spend a lot of time dialing in the dosage. So this is it, this is the end result is that it?

There's no residue when it evaporates, when it breaks down into water and oxygen, there's just nothing left. So the other one left puddles after it was Done running on the electrostatic Spray would just dribble out the front as the line lost pressure. It's a Really, really well designed and well engineered machine so I think you're gonna like it a lot. Wanna know why most cleaning business owners fail or get stuck systems?

When you don't have the right systems in place for hiring, training, marketing all of the day-to-day essentials, then your business gets jammed and without the right systems it's impossible to keep moving forward. If you're ready to add smart proven systems to your cleaning business so that you can join the top 1% of cleaning business owners, head over to our free Facebook group now and watch the masterclass pinned to the top of the group.

Just search top 1% cleaning business owner club, find our faces and watch the free class to learn exactly how we took our business from zero to seven figures in just three years. Well thank you guys. You know the challenge with electrostatic sprayers as well is to actually disinfect a space and to be thorough with it, it's really, really laborious. We have to have to cover every square into the walls,

the ceiling cover the air, any sort of furniture underneath the furniture. And then the nice part with breezy is because it picks the H 2 0 2 in the breezy BioPure in the actual solution and aerosolizes it so fine the actual molecules and the particles carry a natural electrostatic charge so they get into the fabrics, they get underneath and behind surfaces. So if someone has a flat TV,

they'll get behind there, someone has desk or anything like that that'll get underneath the desk. And these are all, these are all commonly missed spaces that really leave a room not really disinfected. And we talk about the process of disinfection. Brandon had mentioned it earlier, but it's worth mentioning again, it's really best if he disinfect at the very, very end for a couple different reasons.

But the main reason is once the room is disinfected, close it off to allow the 10 minutes of contact time that breathing needs, that the solution needs to be effective and killing all the germs and bacteria and fungi. But the other reason is as soon as you reenter the room, let's say we forget something there, we forget to clean a piece if we're sick or we have something on our shoes or we bring in,

we might be reintroducing jurors into the room. So we really wanna make sure that, just like mopping you back yourself out of a house using breezy. So first clean bed prepared the space. Make sure there's no pets or humans inside the rooms that are getting treated place breezy in the doorway. You don't have to put it in the middle of the room.

That's something that's different from other foggers that some folks tend to not realize at first. Yes, you don't need to reenter the room, you just place it right from the doorway. The jet technology will make sure it gets every part of the room and then shut the door and go onto the next room. It's really that simple and need to back yourself out of a house with doing your open spaces last and you to work your way out the front door.

And it's that simple. The house will be disinfected, it takes about 10 minutes after the treatment for all the solution to fully break down and then after about another 20 minutes of ventilation time you can go back in to the space can be reoccupied. So you know really at most between the 10 minutes of settling, the 20 minutes of ventilation time, the home will be shut off for about 30 minutes or the room that was treated will be set off.

We're at max about 30 minutes. You don't have to be there for 30 minutes. Just to be clear, the way that we actually use it is you run it just inside the door, pull it out, shut the door and then you're good. So what happens is most of our customers are not home during the day. So when they get home you just arrive to a home that smells good and all the doors are closed.

So you open the doors to go back to your rooms and they've already had the 30 minutes of time. There was a question that came up Mark and I wanna know if this is something you guys tested at BW Wire, can you set it up to spray the dosage into an air return of an HVAC system and then just let it run and do the whole house that way?

Yeah, so it won't work that way because the HVAC system don't have the ability to disperse the solution like the jet technology that's out of GRE blue so it won't work like a whole home humidifier. You would have to do a room two, but that's a great idea. I like that. Yeah, I mean when we were looking at weird things during covid,

one of them was a UVC light that went in an air return and it spiraled around it to make the air stay in there as long as possible. Here's another question, can pets be in the house when you're treating? Yes and no. They can be in the house but not in that room. And so when we have customers with pets that schedule this,

there's a prep email that we send out to them before their treatment and it's included at the end. We'll kind of tell you that there's a bunch of material that you guys get with this program and that email's in there. But the idea is the dogs or the pets need to be put into a room that we're not gonna treat or in a crate in the garage.

You know it's not, you're not meant to breathe it. I think you can from like a survivability standpoint, but I don't think it's very pleasant. It's an irritant for the lungs, it's gonna make you cough so we're not gonna kill your pets. But it wouldn't be enjoyable with him. So, but you know, our recommendation to everyone is to have your pets not there.

Ideally not in the house at all 'cause we're trying to go through the whole house so you can do it but it may be opening yourself up to an amount of risk that you don't want to take. And just to add to that, as far as it like being harmful, I think it's like about as harmful as like friz, you know, so you don't wanna like break friz and then breathe it right in.

You don't wanna like spray it in your dog's space or anything. Not like harmful necessarily. Just uncomfortable. There you go. Hey, Do we have any more questions before we go on to the other two? We've been talking mostly about the tools piece of the program. So we've been, as we mentioned earlier, there are three pieces of the program.

We've been talking about the tools so far, which is Breezy blue breezy BioPure, which is the solution that goes inside Breezy Blue and about some standard operating procedures and best practices. But do we have any more questions from the group before we go on to the training and support and marketing? There's No open questions so, Alright, so part of what we did as well is we know that everyone is busy as a business owner and we wanted to put together plug and play resources for training.

So this is a training portal here and in here we walk you, we put together this portal so you could walk yourself or walk any of your cleaners through out to set up and use Breezy Blue. So there's step by step guides here. There's videos, there's download, there's PDF guides and downloads on, there's checklists and then there's, there's also workflow videos of like how to integrate breezy blue into your workflows so that way you can be as seamless as possible.

And this is all part of the printing and support side of what we do at Buildup Robots on what we've helped co-develop with Profit Cleaners, things like this, you know like these SOP checklist, what these allow you to do is just print off this checklist, download it, print it off, and just add it right to your training manual. So whether you use paper training manual or you have some online one like training or anything like that,

you can add these resources right in without having to take the time to develop SOPs, develop best practices. You can just take from our library of what already works the best practices and really, really shorten the on-ramp for your team. We have a whole bunch of different training and support resources here. We have FAQs that help answer customer questions. We've got all sorts of different product manuals,

dosage guideline, everything is all in this portal here, which is our new and improved training and support portal. So the next one we have, I'll let Tyann go through this as all things marketing at BWR. Yeah, so the marketing toolkit, like I briefly mentioned before, it has some campaign templates and like examples that you can use Mark, I don't know if you wanted to like go in there and kind of show it.

It looks pretty similar to the support page. There you go. We have like a little bit of like refreshers so that you know like kind of the guidelines and what the program should look like, you know, so like you receive your equipment, you get started, you start like testing it. So we just kind of go over like what like the first few weeks should be like with Breezy Blue.

And then also in this toolkit we have some of the same support documents just so that you have it if you need like a quick refresher. And then what's new is the, the marketing templates. So we have some flyers that you can give out to your customers, you can customize some of them. And then this one for example, it goes over what the chemical is.

So if anyone's concerned about like, oh what's being sprayed in my house, you can give this to them or you can look over at yourself and explain that it's you know, sustainable, it's safe around food and things like that. And yeah, in addition to that we have getting to know Breezy Blue. So it's a similar document which goes over just like what Breezy Blue does and what to expect with that.

And then the other things that are in the toolkit are just some templates. I don't know if we need to go through each one, but we have some text templates that you can go through and customize. We have a webpage example from Sandia, Green, Clean and then some social media templates as well. So if you wanna post on Instagram saying hey we have this new offering,

we have a little template for that. We also have a little video if you wanted to use that to show like what it actually does. And then last some call scripts so that if you have anybody who's calling your customers and you want to know like exactly what to say, we have some examples in there. So yeah, that's pretty much the marketing toolkit in a nutshell.

Yeah, we're also like adding to that I think over time. So I mean that's to launch, but we, there's a whole group of Breezy Blue users on the backend right now, the ambassador program and we're trying things. There's split testing of marketing text messages and things like that and as soon as one thing works, as soon as we hit on something that works we'll be happy to update everybody.

And if, if you're here, you know, because of Profit Cleaners, then all that stuff will be in the Facebook groups as well. But it's continuing to evolve. It's brand new. So part of being on the cutting edge of something new like this is that, you know, we'll find out something that might work down the road and add to it.

Yeah, that's right Brandon. So the whole idea, the the residential cleaning toolkit, especially on the marketing side is to continually update and learn from one another, figure out what kind of seasonal campaigns work, give different ideas and give different templates so that way a business owner who is a cleaner doesn't have to start from scratch on how to set up a marketing campaign.

Like hey, here's a great seasonal campaign, here's their email template, here's the follow up text message and then here's a call script for it to campaign in a box that really allows the residential cleaner to take a hundred percent of it, 80% of it or just 10%, just get an idea from it and run and make it work with their market. So we wanna work with residential cleaners,

if you have something that works for you, please let us know. We will be happy to templatize it and get it up on our marketing toolkit to make sure that other folks can be successful as well. Everyone's very quiet at the chat in the q and a, so we're obviously making a very compelling presentation here so if anyone has any questions, let us know,

but otherwise we'll just keep going. Well I think the part that everyone's probably asking themselves is how much does this cost? So why don't we jump into the program pricing. Normally Breathy Blue, it's sold in a starter kit and it's usually about a $3,000 starting price point. We knew that that wouldn't really work well with a lot of bootstrap entrepreneurs. And so when we developed the program with Profit Cleaners,

we really put together something that would work that's budget friendly and that would ensure that you have uptime all the time. So what the program is for residential cleaners and available for residential cleaners is subscribing to the equipment. So you get one breezy blue, one smart controller and the normal price would be here. But right now we have a launch promo for $149 per month.

And so that's to have your equipment. So instead of having to pay one big lump sum up front, instead you'll have a subscription for the equipment and there's anything that goes wrong instead of you being on the hook for it, call us, we'll send you out a well we, we overnight new ones and we do our best to have really, really durable equipment.

But as Brandon mentioned, it happens, you know, still technology things don't work. Sometimes we'll make sure that our team, our support team sends you out a new one so that way you don't have to reschedule any sort of cleaning. The other one is a sanitizer, which is the breathy bio pure of one case is the recommended amount to start with.

One case is $99 per month. And when you bundle those together, right now we have the bundle deal for $248 per month, we have an extra kicker. We're not really charging, shipping and handling just $1 for shipping and handling for anyone on this group as well. So if you're thinking like, hey this sounds great, but you know, I'm not quite ready to jump in,

we understand. So we actually offer two month risk free trial for everyone here at Profit Cleaners, you just paid out $1 for shipping and handling, you get two months to try out everything, the template, the onboarding, all the SOPs and actually using Breezy Blue. And after that two month period, that's when your first payment will begin and help. Hopefully that'll help reduce the risk and prove that Breezy Blue will be successful for you,

like it is for a lot of other folks like our ambassadors. Mark For that case pricing per month, how many runs of the system does a case get you? Yeah, Fantastic question. So one case of chemistry or one case of solution will have four one gallon jugs and one gallon will cover three to four homes. So on average we expect a three bedroom,

two bath home with two open areas. We would expect you to do 15 to 16 homes for one case. A lot of folks are charging between 60 and $75 for disinfection service to add on disinfection service. So question we often get is, how many services do I have to book just to break Eden? You have to book depending upon your market and your pricing about three to four disinfection services and then every service after that's pure profit.

Same thing if you wind up maxing out. So let's say that you're looking like 20, 25 per month, just give us a shout, we can increase that to two cases of solution per month for you. There was a question in the q and A from Richard about what were we charging for it? So you kind of answered that Richard, like right now we're charging 75,

but we had some discussions with our CFO today that he thinks it might be priced too low just from a, there's like this price point of a hundred dollars in people's head for some reason. So if it's below a hundred it doesn't feel like it's enough. So we are continuing to test different pricing. So I think we might switch to a different sort of setup where we price it higher and market down on on a discount.

So it's two 50, but for you today it's only 1 25. So we're gonna, we'll keep tweaking that and then we'll update things for the future. And then you had a follow up question which was, is it done by square footage? I think right now we're just using it as it's $75 to tack it onto a house clean of any size. So if you picture like a 2,500 square foot home,

it's three, four bedrooms, two and a half bath and a couple living spaces. And so that'd take between like you know, 10 minutes to do on the way out if you have a huge house, like if you wanted to, you could kind of have some tier, so it's a thousand square feet or less, it's 50 bucks and a thousand to 3000 is 75.

And then anything above or big houses or whatever so you can kind of tweak it. And then we do charge differently if it's a standalone service. So if we have someone who asks us to come out not clean, but just do disinfection with the breezy blue, we would charge differently for that. I think that's two 50 or above. So it's kind of all over the place,

but it's something that we will figure out over time and really it's charged what the market will bear and let us know. We'd love to, the more that you can charge for it, the better it is a high margin product because of how little time it takes to execute it. So that's the idea. And the labor cost associated with breezy blue are very,

very low. The way that we've been estimated is if a cleaner makes $25 per hour and they're spending 10 minutes on it, you're really not spending a whole lot of money in labor. You know, you're looking at 10 ish dollars in labor with the labor component to run breezy blue. But we really wanna make sure that that folks are gonna be profitable and that they have a tool that can add to their profitability and or add to their uniqueness as well.

So if you're in a competitive bid for a contract, if you look and feel similar to the other cleaner that's bidding on the contract, if you have this great loss leader, you have this great option to say, hey, you know what we'll do, do it for your first two or three or X amount. We'll toss in disinfection and deodorization services as well.

We really wanna help folks have a feature or a lockout feature that can help them win new contracts. So just a couple like, you know, I wanna make sure that everything we do at BWR, one of our values is transparency. So we try to really make sure that everyone understands the fine print. There's $1 due if you want to try Breezy Blue,

that is the $1 for shipping and handling, you would start a two month free trial. So you would get a case of solution, you would get the breezy blue and the smart controller and then you'd get access to all the, the different collateral and the marketing to start your two month pretrial on month three. If you decide to go forward, it is a 12 month commitment.

So you would pay for at least one breezy blue, at least one case of solution for 12 months. And one thing that we're also throwing in right now is the promo pricing will end. So this is a good, a good time to take advantage of the discounted pricing but also on top of it, one of the things that came back that was really,

really popular with our ambassador group was meeting with our onboarding specialist and applications engineer. I talked to the team, we're able to offer a one-on-one for, for anybody who takes advantage of this launch promo, they will get the opportunity to do a one-on-one session with A BWR applications engineer and onboarding specialist. So a lot of folks have said that that was the icing on top of the cake for their ambassador program.

So I went out there and asked if we could continue offering it for the launch terminal, Another value add right there. Absolutely the brand, this is really what, this is what the whole program kind of wraps up to be. What we really wanna do is increase some of revenue with minimal labor, really offer a unique value, help position yourself as a thought leader with disinfection and deodorization services.

We wanna offer you a two month free trial including the training in the marketing support and we currently have discounted pricing and we'll talk to the one-on-one onboarding call for anyone who's interested to jump in today. So Yeah, I mean you guys have a lot of information to digest, think about it, get back to us. I do think this is a really phenomenal deal,

especially with that free trial included. And really I think what it all boils down to is it's an upsell for your existing customers without having to go out and market just disinfection. You're emailing your list that you already have of customers saying, Hey, we got a new thing for you guys, you want in. And then really just standing out against other cleaning companies because there are other competitors and a lot of times you're competing on price.

This is a way for you to get away from just competing on price. If you're only competing on price, it's just a race to the bottom for who's willing to take the lowest margin. This is different. So yeah, the other one's cheaper, but we can do this whole home disinfection thing that they can't because we have this special machine that's been designed just with this purpose.

Would you like to try it out? It is a good, there's lots of ways to position it when you're talking to customers and leads and it's been good for us and we think it'll be good for you Too. Yeah, absolutely. And I think ultimately you guys are gonna be overdelivering. That's the whole point is you can add the value in so many different ways,

but this is a great way to overdeliver stand out, differentiate. And it's, it's also pretty revolutionary technology. You know, it's kind of feels historic and people want to be part of something historic, especially when you're continuing to invest in your brand, continuing to invest in your company, in your teams and your customers. They're gonna feel that and people wanna stick around that's gonna create loyalty,

retention, it's gonna create just one. People have the idea, I, I might need to quit, maybe the prices are too high. Well they're gonna remember this is just another thing you guys do that they don't wanna leave. And a lot of our customers that do use the Breezy Blue are very much recurring customers. We have some that use it every single week and they love it and they,

they want it done with their house every single week. So it's just a matter of, I think getting it out there, the product sells itself and again, it's just an amazing way to differentiate yourself in the market and do something different, right? And so that's what it's all about in business and marketing. Being remarkable. Being memorable and just adding as much value as you possibly can.

So yeah, take advantage of this offer guys. When Brandon and I started out using this, they did not have this program. We actually purchased the units at cost. So this is a tremendous deal for you guys just to even try it out. No harm trying it out, seeing if it works. If you do get some response, especially using all the tools we have,

just keep running with it if you double down on what's working. So yeah, hopefully you guys got some value out of the presentation today. Mark should, do we have a a link to send 'em to? Yeah, We're gonna send them, we have the profit cleaner.com/breezy blue link that we could send them to or they could go over to build up robot.com/

Profit Cleaners If you guys, either way we'll get you to the same place. But yeah, if you guys go to Profit Cleaners dot com slash breezy blue or the other link on the page build with robots slash Profit Cleaners, they both basically go to the same place. You guys will get adv, you know, that early deal that we've created with Build with Robots that you know,

frankly you guys will be some of the, the leading people in your market doing this and leading with this technology and just adding a significant value to your customer. So yeah, check out that link guys, is there any deadline on that mark or any like limit to how many people you're doing that with or you guys keep it? We Do, we do have a limit on it.

I don't know if we're sharing that limit sticker. We're trying to limit it for the first hundred people so the in will disappear at some point. It just depends on how popular it is. Obvious. And if you go on over to the Profit Cleaners dot com slash breezy blue, click the button that'll take you over to the Buildup robot site on the Buildup robot site.

We just ask for your name and your email that'll get you into the recording and get you into the link to start your free trial. You can also schedule with me once you get over to Profit Cleaners dot com slash breezy blue. If you want to chat with me, if you want to chat with someone on our team here, you know, we can walk you through the program,

we can take you through the examples, we can answer your questions directly about your market as well. So we understand some folks might not be ready to jump in for the two months retrial so that option is available if you use either those two weeks. Yeah, absolutely guys. So they'll, I know a lot of more people signed up for this today and probably a lot of you guys are gonna be watching the replay of this specific presentations going out to our entire audience.

So there's probably, you know, five, 10,000 people that are gonna see this over the next week or two. So if you're one of the first a hundred jump in on the program, you guys have an amazing opportunity I think to up just add additional revenue, differentiate yourself, add value to your customer's, retention, all that good stuff we talked about.

So yeah, take massive of action guys. That's what's gonna change your business. And I know for us this is a really important piece. We're really pushing with our teams right now because profits are important and you know, sometimes you run into thin line when you're really growing your business as being profitable, but the more things you can do to add profits that are very simple like this to integrate without breaking your whole system,

you know, it's hard to find stuff like that. So we've vetted it, we've had some great ambassadors that are, are loving it right now. So we have a lot of great feedback, we've had a lot of momentum so you guys are now are gonna benefit from that and have all that knowledge that you can just continue to execute on and take massive action so you guys can get similar results.

So, but yeah, thank you guys all for being here. Thank you guys, mark, Diane, Brandon, everyone for being here. Everyone on the call. Appreciate your time. Thanks to everyone on the call, we really appreciate the opportunity and thank you gentlemen with Profit, Cleaners, the Brandon, we really enjoyed working with you as well. Look forward to more.
